Every pair of sneakers produced by Anonymous Custom is individually hand-painted by professional artists.

No automated printing process is used.Every brushstroke is applied manually.As a result, every pair is unique.Minor artistic variations are not considered defects but are an inherent characteristic of handcrafted artwork.By purchasing from Anonymous Custom you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

Every design is individually created by hand.

Because every sneaker is painted manually:

• Brushstroke direction may vary.

• Paint texture may vary.

• Paint thickness may vary.

• Small color differences may occur.

• Minor asymmetry may occur.

• Every pair is one of one.

These characteristics are intentional and define authentic handcrafted work.

Anonymous Custom exclusively uses professional-grade leather paints, finishes and protective coatings specifically developed for footwear.

Although highly durable, painted artwork remains artwork.

Over time, normal wear may naturally occur.

Paint longevity depends on:

• frequency of use

• walking conditions

• climate

• moisture

• friction

• impact

• maintenance

Natural aging is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Our sneakers are designed for casual everyday wear.

They are not intended for:

• sports

• hiking

• running

• construction work

• skateboarding

• extreme outdoor activities

• motorcycle riding

• heavy abrasion environments

Damage resulting from improper use is not covered.

Our custom artwork is sealed using multiple protective finishes.

However, the sneakers are not waterproof.

Avoid:

• heavy rain

• snow

• puddles

• pressure washing

• soaking

• prolonged moisture exposure

Water damage is not covered under warranty.

Leather naturally creases during wear.

Creasing is completely normal.

Because the artwork is applied to flexible leather, paint may gradually age along high-flex areas after prolonged wear.

This is considered normal product aging.

To maximize longevity:

• Clean only with a soft microfiber cloth.

• Avoid harsh chemicals.

• Do not machine wash.

• Do not tumble dry.

• Do not scrub painted areas aggressively.

• Store away from direct sunlight.

• Store in a dry environment.

• Use shoe trees when possible.

Failure to follow these instructions may permanently damage the artwork.

Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct shoe size before placing an order.

Anonymous Custom cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing on custom-made products.

Every custom sneaker is produced specifically for the individual customer.

Production begins shortly after the order is confirmed.

Once production has started:

• cancellations are not possible

• modifications may not be possible

• refunds cannot be issued

Because every pair is custom-made and personalized, all sales are final.

Returns are not accepted except where required by applicable law.

Refunds are not available for:

• change of mind

• personal preference

• expected artistic differences

• sizing mistakes

• normal aging

• natural paint wear

• shipping delays outside our control

Anonymous Custom warrants that every sneaker is free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

• scratches

• scuffs

• accidental damage

• impact damage

• improper cleaning

• water damage

• excessive creasing

• misuse

• paint wear from normal use

• third-party repairs or alterations

Estimated production times are approximate.

International shipping times may vary due to:

• customs

• carrier delays

• weather

• force majeure

• holidays

Anonymous Custom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

All custom artwork, illustrations, designs, concepts, photographs, branding and creative content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Anonymous Custom unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction, commercial use or resale of our artwork is prohibited.

Customers confirm that any artwork, logos or graphics submitted belong to them or that they possess all necessary permissions.

Anonymous Custom accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anonymous Custom shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages

• incidental damages

• consequential damages

• loss of profits

• loss of business

• loss of opportunity

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product.

By placing an order with Anonymous Custom, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

Every completed pair of sneakers is professionally photographed and inspected before shipment.

These photographs serve as official documentation of the product's condition and quality prior to dispatch and may be used for quality assurance, customer service, insurance purposes, and production records.

Anonymous Custom reserves the right to photograph and showcase completed custom sneakers for use in portfolios, social media, marketing campaigns, advertising, exhibitions, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing before production begins.

No personal customer information will ever be disclosed without consent.

Digital mockups, concept renders, preview images, and online photographs are intended solely as visual representations.

Due to differences in monitor calibration, screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handcrafted painting process, slight variations in color, finish, and appearance may occur between digital previews and the final physical product.

Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Anonymous Custom customizes genuine leather footwear.

Leather is a natural material and may display unique characteristics including natural grain, pores, wrinkles, texture variations, and minor surface markings.

These natural characteristics are not defects but evidence of authentic leather.

Anonymous Custom may, at its sole discretion, offer paid restoration or touch-up services for artwork that has naturally aged through regular wear.

Availability, pricing, turnaround times, and eligibility are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Touch-up services are not included in the original purchase price.

Anonymous Custom shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters

• floods

• fires

• war

• terrorism

• pandemics

• government actions

• customs delays

• transportation disruptions

• supply chain shortages

• labor disputes

• power outages

• cyber incidents

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which Anonymous Custom is legally established.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between Anonymous Custom and the customer regarding all purchases, commissions, and services.

They supersede all previous agreements, negotiations, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

By placing an order with Anonymous Custom, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Every sneaker is individually hand-painted.

• Every pair is unique and cannot be replicated exactly.

• Minor artistic variations are an inherent characteristic of handcrafted artwork.

• Leather naturally creases and develops character over time.

• Hand-painted artwork may naturally evolve with regular wear.

• Digital mockups and photographs are intended as visual references only.

• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting conditions, screen calibration, and the handcrafted process.

• You are responsible for selecting the correct shoe size before placing your order.

• Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full before completing your purchase.

Orders may only be cancelled before production has commenced.

Once materials have been prepared or production has started, the order becomes irrevocable and cannot be cancelled.

Anonymous Custom reserves the right to determine when production has officially commenced.

Anonymous Custom reserves the right to refuse, decline, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to orders involving:

• offensive or discriminatory content

• illegal content

• copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization

• designs that conflict with the Anonymous Custom brand values

• abusive or inappropriate customer conduct

If an order is cancelled by Anonymous Custom before production begins, any eligible payment will be refunded.

Anonymous Custom customizes only authentic, genuine footwear sourced through authorized retailers, approved suppliers, or customer-supplied authentic sneakers.

Anonymous Custom does not customize counterfeit, replica, imitation, or otherwise unauthorized footwear.

If customer-supplied footwear is determined to be counterfeit or unsuitable for customization, Anonymous Custom reserves the right to refuse the commission.

Once the product has been delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for its care, maintenance, storage, and use.

Failure to follow the recommended care instructions may reduce the lifespan of the artwork and void any applicable warranty or aftercare service.

Anonymous Custom shall not be held responsible for damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the provided care guidelines.
