2. CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Every pair of Anonymous Custom sneakers is produced exclusively upon order.

Because each product is customized and cannot be resold, all custom-made products are considered final sale.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Orders may only be cancelled before production has officially commenced.

Once production has started, including material preparation, artwork planning, or painting, cancellations are no longer possible.

5. CHANGE OF MIND

Refunds will not be issued for:

6. HANDCRAFTED VARIATIONS

Every sneaker is individually hand-painted.

Minor differences between products are a natural characteristic of handcrafted artwork and shall not be considered defects.

7. DIGITAL MOCKUPS

Concept renders, mockups, preview images, and design visualizations are intended as artistic references.

The finished handcrafted product may differ slightly due to the manual painting process.

These differences do not qualify for refunds.

Shipping estimates are approximate.

Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by:

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept a shipment, resulting in the package being returned to Anonymous Custom, the order shall remain non-refundable.

10. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged during transportation, please contact Anonymous Custom within 48 hours of delivery.
