Shippign Policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Every pair of Anonymous Custom sneakers is individually handcrafted and hand-painted after your order has been confirmed.

Because each commission is created by hand, production begins only after payment has been successfully received and the order has been approved.

Orders are processed during our regular business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. PRODUCTION TIME

Unlike mass-produced footwear, every pair is individually painted by our artists.

Estimated production time generally ranges between 4-8 weeks, depending on:

• Design complexity

• Current production volume

• Drying and curing time

• Material availability

• Seasonal demand

Production estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

3. SHIPPING TIME

Once production has been completed and the final quality inspection has been approved, your order will be shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days

• Europe: 2–5 business days

• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

• United States & Canada: 3–8 business days

• Rest of the World: 4–10 business days

Delivery estimates may vary depending on customs procedures and local courier services.

4. SHIPPING PROVIDERS

Anonymous Custom works with carefully selected international courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Depending on your location, shipments may be fulfilled by carriers including:

• DHL Express

• UPS

• FedEx

• DPD

• PostNL

• Other trusted logistics partners

Carrier selection is determined by destination and service availability.

5. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

• Order confirmation

• Tracking number

• Carrier information

• Estimated delivery date (where available)

Tracking information may require several hours to become active after shipment.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International shipments may be subject to:

• Import duties

• Customs clearance fees

• Local taxes

• VAT

• Government charges

These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Anonymous Custom has no control over customs fees imposed by local authorities.

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Anonymous Custom cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

8. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a delivery cannot be completed, the courier may:

• Attempt redelivery

• Deliver to a pickup location

• Return the parcel to Anonymous Custom

Any additional shipping costs resulting from unsuccessful delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

9. LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the courier.

Should a parcel become lost in transit, Anonymous Custom will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping provider.

Replacement or reimbursement will only be considered after the carrier has officially concluded its investigation.

Anonymous Custom is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

10. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:

• Inspecting the package before accepting delivery.

• Taking clear photographs of the package and its contents.

• Contacting Anonymous Custom within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage within this period may affect our ability to investigate the claim.

11. ORDER TRACKING

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided after shipment.

Anonymous Custom is not responsible for missed delivery attempts resulting from a customer's failure to monitor shipment updates.

12. SHIPPING DELAYS

While every effort is made to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Customs inspections

• Weather conditions

• Transportation disruptions

• Public holidays

• Carrier delays

• Force majeure events

• Government restrictions

Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

13. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Where necessary, Anonymous Custom reserves the right to ship orders in multiple packages.

Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.

14. REFUSED DELIVERIES

If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer remains responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and any applicable administrative fees.

As all products are custom-made, refused deliveries do not qualify for a refund.

15. RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss and title for the purchased products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout or as otherwise required under applicable law.

16. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Anonymous Custom reserves the right to decline shipments to countries or regions where delivery is prohibited, excessively restricted, or presents an unreasonable operational or legal risk.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

Anonymous Custom shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, supply chain disruptions, transportation failures, cyber incidents, or government actions.
