STEP 1 : OUR ORDER JOURNEY
We operate on a pre-order basis to ensure that every pair of sneakers receives our undivided attention. Our timeline is designed to balance precision craftsmanship with clear expectations.
step 2 : Procurement
We source the authentic foundation sneakers directly from Nike By You. To ensure a perfect fit and eliminate errors, we ask that you order the exact size you are already accustomed to wearing, and it takes 2 weeks for the sneakers to arrive at our atelier.WE WILL UPDATE YOU.
step 3 : Craftsmanship
Our atelier applies bespoke customization, using professional-grade Angelus paints for unparalleled durability and finish. WE WILL UPDATE YOU TIME TO TIME.We ensure that every sneaker receives the dedicated time and precision it deserves. Because we limit our production to a maximum of 25 pair meaning 25 individual left and 25 right shoes this meticulous process requires time, taking a maximum of 4 weeks, though your order may be completed sooner.
step 4 : Delivery
After a 6-week wait, your custom sneakers are finally prepared for final hand-over or secure transit. We offer personal white-glove delivery within the Netherlands for your convenience. For international orders, shipping takes a minimum of 5 to 15 days, depending on the destination country. Your sneakers are shipped with the utmost care, and you will receive a track and trace code to monitor your delivery. For your peace of mind, all shipments are fully insured for up to € 10,000, and you are welcome to contact us at any time if you have questions.
